Training Plans

Natalie can provide you with 6 week, 8 week and 12 week online training plans.

All packages include:

  • Pre-training overview and assessment of your goals during your first session.

  • 1 face-to-face workout per week on Zoom. Additional workouts can be booked at an additional £15 per workout.

  • 2 workouts per week for you to do in your own time at home plus an Ab Blaster workout to do whenever you choose.

  • Consistent WhatsApp communication, providing you with support and motivation throughout the training plan.
