The Aligned Pregnancy Programme

£222 per month

A supportive strength and movement coaching programme designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Programmes are adapted safely for each trimester and focus on maintaining strength, mobility, posture, core awareness, and overall wellbeing throughout your pregnancy journey.

This is not about pressure, restriction, or pushing your body beyond its limits.

It’s about helping you move through pregnancy feeling connected to your body, supported in your changing season of life, and empowered every step of the way

What's Included

  • 20 min onboarding connection call on zoom with Nat

How It Works

The Aligned Pregnancy Programme is offered as a monthly rolling coaching experience, designed to evolve alongside your body, energy, and changing needs throughout pregnancy.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a personalised training programme tailored to:


✔ Your current trimester
✔ Your experience level
✔ Your goals
✔ Whether you train at home or in the gym
✔ The equipment you have available

Your programme and support will continue on a rolling monthly basis, allowing your training to be adapted safely and appropriately as your pregnancy progresses. A minimum of 1 month commitment is required to begin.

Pausing or Ending Your Coaching

I understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable, and flexibility is important throughout this season of life.

 

If you wish to pause your coaching at any stage, I simply ask for a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date to allow time for programme planning and scheduling.

Your coaching will typically continue on a rolling basis up until around 34 weeks pregnant, as this is often the stage where many women naturally begin slowing down and preparing more fully for birth.

However, for those wanting continued support beyond this point, coaching can absolutely continue with further adaptations made based on how you are feeling physically and emotionally in the final weeks of pregnancy.

As you approach the end of your pregnancy journey, we can also discuss your next steps and whether you’d like to transition into postnatal support, continue with gentle movement guidance, or take time to rest and recover before returning when the time feels right for you.

Your monthly coaching subscription will automatically renew every 4 weeks unless paused or cancelled in line with the notice period outlined above.
