Before You Begin
Your health, recovery, and wellbeing will always come first.
Before starting any postnatal coaching or exercise programme, it’s important that you have received clearance from your doctor, GP, midwife, or relevant medical professional which is typically given at your 6-week postnatal check (although this may vary depending on your birth experience and individual recovery).
Every postnatal journey is different, and recovery timelines can vary significantly from person to person.
This programme is designed to support a safe, gradual, and realistic return to movement, with all training adapted around your stage of recovery, symptoms, experience level, and overall wellbeing.
If you are unsure whether you are ready to begin exercising again, I would always recommend seeking advice from your healthcare professional before getting started.
